RiskCover is the Department's Insurance Company. All claims for workers' compensation lodged with the Department are forwarded to RiskCover for determination of liability. RiskCover is also responsible for paying medical and related costs associated with your claim (for example, doctor's accounts, prescriptions, travel reimbursements ).

Please contact RiskCover (9264 3333) for information about payment of accounts or invoices for services provided by a doctor, chemist or physiotherapist.
